Colchester Rape Crisis Line - is a confidential and non-judgemental support service for women and girls who have been raped, sexually abused or assaulted either recently or in the past and could involve a stranger, friend or family member. SERICC - South Essex Rape and Incest Crisis Centre. Information on rape and child abuse for survivors, service providers, students and anyone who is interested in the reality of rape. Women & Equality Unit - The Ministers for Women, supported by the Women and Equality Unit, lead on gender equality in Government. They also have responsibility for equality in relation to sexual orientation and equality co-ordination across government. European Policy Action Centre on Violence Against Women - The European Policy Action Centre on Violence Against Women is created by the European Women's Lobby to serve as a tool for women's NGOs already active in the fifteen Member States of the European Union in providing many different services to women in situations of violence. The purpose of the European Policy Action Centre on Violence Against Women is to provide a central point for information exchange, to carry out research and above all to lobby for change. International Action Alert - The Call to Accountability Campaign is an ad hoc coalition of religious, women's rights and human rights groups whose goal is to raise public awareness about sexual violence against women in the Catholic church and hold accountable the individuals and institutional leadership involved or complicit in this problem.
