Return Policy

Drink Spike Detector Limited has the highest regard for customer satisfaction and the quality of our products and services. We understand that you may want to return items.

The Consumer Protection Regulations require that the consumer provides written notification of any cancellation within 7 working days from receipt of the goods. Please email receipts@drinkspikedetector.com  within this period, you will then be given further instructions. If the product is returned unused in the original packaging, we will provide a full refund based on your original method of payment less a 10% restocking fee. The product must be returned by you to our postal address within 7 days.

Returns will not be accepted without the required return authorisation documentation. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

For your protection, we recommend that you use the Recorded Delivery service provided by the Post Office for all returns as we cannot be held liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in the post. We regret that postage, packaging, insurance, credit card and restocking charges are direct costs and are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 business days of us receiving your return.

Cancellations will not be accepted without cancellation authorisation documentation. Unauthorised returns will be refused. We regret that postage, packaging, insurance, credit card and restocking charges are direct costs and are non-refundable.

Delivery Schedule

All goods are delivered within 4 working days from us receiving the order, however please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If the despatch of your order is delayed because of problems gaining authorisation for payment or for any other reason, you will be notified by email.
